Mark Edwards
Founder & Principal Biologist
A wildlife biologist and environmental consultant with over ten years of Colorado experience, Mark excels in field studies, environmental assessments, habitat restoration, construction monitoring, and regulatory coordination. Proficient in NEPA, ESA, MBTA, Clean Water Act, and state regulations, he has managed complex multi-agency projects including wetland reclamation, wildlife exclusion fencing, eagle monitoring, and prairie dog management. As owner and lead biologist, Mark will serve as Principal-in-Charge, overseeing technical aspects, QA/QC, and direct coordination with City staff.

Tom Robb
Director of Business Development
Tom leverages his background in environmental consulting, sustainability, and logistics to align strategy with execution. He focuses on opportunity identification, proposal management, and stakeholder communication. Recognized for streamlining workflows and strengthening client relationships, Tom's process-driven approach ensures project success and team responsiveness.

Erin Peterman
Natural Resources Project Manager
Erin Peterman is an experienced project manager in wildlife and natural resources, holding a B.S. in Biology and Environmental & Sustainability Studies from Western Michigan University. Her background includes field and leadership roles in Colorado and the Midwest, with experience in herptile and pollinator surveys, habitat restoration, and community education. Erin has contributed to biodiversity monitoring, environmental assessments, and collaborative restoration with agencies like the Colorado Natural Heritage Program and Iowa State University. Her interdisciplinary experience and leadership skills are ideal for field coordination, ecological assessment, and stakeholder communication for this RFQ.
